Policy change for The Auburn Food Bank (As of Sept. 2020):
In an effort to continue to meet the needs of our community, we are changing our qualification policy. Effective immediately, the only qualification for food is that you have a need, based on your own judgment and that you reside within the Auburn School District boundary. This means you won’t be required to prove your household with mail or photo ID for food service. Our desire is to take care of anyone in need living within our community.
The Auburn Food Bank offers other programs besides food service, and some of those programs will need current proof of residency, ID, and verification of the household within our service area. This will include:
extra holiday programs
financial assistance
shut-in delivery
weekend backpacks for students in our schools
Please call 253-833-8925 if you have any questions. Our hours of service for shopping with us are listed above.
